Our client had a challenge; they noticed 2 things-becoming true of almost all their contracts.

Analytics as a Service 4 Consultants was the perfect solution and enabled them to kill 2 birds with one stone. 

Taking advantage of our white-label platform to create a bespoke customer portal, our customer was able to, in around 8 weeks, create a brand-new analytics experience for all of his existing clients. 

We worked with our client’s existing data (which by the way, was all in spreadsheets 👀); we then used our AaaS 4 Consultants dashboard templates as a starting point and customised them to look and feel like it was a fully bespoke offering from our client to each of his contracts. 

The solution is being used to house and analyse energy & sustainability data with the key drivers being to both hunt for optimisations and efficiencies, but also to be able to document and evidence their efforts in both spaces. 

The solution provided a multitenant environment to host all our client’s customer data and create secure views for each to log in and, if they wish, do their own analysis & create their own reports.

Impact: From Reactive Consultant to a Proactive Value Add Partner

Instantly this moved our client from a reactive consultant to a proactive value add partner. The portal not only encouraged partnership through shared access to the same data but allowed our client to use advanced analytics to uncover insights and generate additional impact for their customers. 

It has also allowed our customer to position themselves as an organisation that leads with data, analytics and insights, which has already led to the award of 2 additional contracts in incredibly competitive environments.
